Sigló Freeride Weekend is back for the third time! Epic ski & snowboard freeride event in the north of Iceland, Siglufjörður, for everyone that loves to freeride, have fun, meet people with the same passion and listen to good music.

Sigló Freeride Weekend Schedule 2024
Thursday, 11th of April - Arrival to Siglufjörður
19:00 – 21:00 - Pick up your wristband for the weekend at Kaffi Rauðka (the red house).
- GG Sport will be there with expert information about next years gear and preorders.
Friday, 12th of April
08:00 – 11:30 - Pick up your wristband for the weekend at Kaffi Rauðka
09:30 - 10:30 - Meeting for those who want to participate in Friday’s fun competition (for everyone not only registered riders) at Kaffi Rauðka
11:00 - 16:00 - Friday Funday in the ski resort! We all meet in the Red Bull chill zone in the top of the resort. During the day, DJs will be playing, and beer and small snacks will be for sale – with the best prices around. We want everyone to have a great time and enjoy!
19:00 - 01:00 - Freeride movies screening in the Segull 67 brewery + pre-party with Ayobe Music and Young G&TDJs – entrance only with wristband.
**If the weather is looking bad for Saturday, the main competition might happen on Friday
Saturday, 13th of April
08:30 – 09:30 - Riders meeting, where all riders will be given the BIB number and the vest for the competition. We will go over the forecast, conditions for the day, starting zones, what counts for points, etc.
09:30 – 10:30 – Move to the resort – Red Bull chill zone and check of the rider’s avalanche equipment.
10:45 – The first riders will start to move over to the starting points. The Red Bull chill zone will be full of good stuff for those not competing, GG Sport tent will be up and Doctor Victor Sound, Young G&T and Ayobe Music DJs will be bringing the vibes with some nice tunes.
16:00 - Results and prize ceremony
19:00 - 03:00* - Red Bull After Party at Kaffi Rauðka with Herra Hnetusmjör & DJ Doctor Victor!
The doors at Kaffi Rauðka open at 19:00.
DJs starts to play at 20:00.
Entrance only with the wristband.
Limited number of wristbands for sale.
Sunday, 14th of april
If the weather is bad on Saturday, the competition will happen on Sunday.
